❌ No Return on Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned simply because you no longer want the item or have changed your preference.

✅ Eligible Reasons for Return

We only accept returns in the following cases:

Wrong Order Received: If you received a completely different product than what you ordered.
Broken or Damaged Product: If the product arrives broken, cracked, or physically damaged.

📹 Mandatory Video Evidence Required

To process any return claim, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. This video must be recorded at the time of opening the parcel and must show:

The sealed parcel before opening
The full unboxing process without any cuts or pauses
The product and its condition immediately upon opening

⚠️ Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Share the unboxing video along with your order details.
